 Marie Dreyer, RN, Director of Nursing at Gordon Countryside Care
Marie joined Gordon Countryside Care as Director of Nursing in April 2017. She grew up on a ranch by Guernsey Wyoming, but has spent most of her adult life in the Sandhills of Nebraska. Her inital Nursing education was received at Scottsbluff. She is a life long learner and has completed many hours of geriatric specialty training and is certified in Geriatric nursing. She has been in Nursing for 40+ years, and a Director of Nursing for 30+ years. 
In her spare time she enjoys reading and writing, and spending time outside. 
Marie is married to a farmer/electrician/mechanic! She and her Husband have 3 children. Their youngest son, Danny, is a mechanical engineer in Hesston, Kansas. Sandy, their daughter, is a nurse practitioner specializing in family practice and has two sons. Their oldest son, Mike, will forever be 19. 

 Pranu Pradhan, RN, Assistant Director of Nursing
Pranu started working at Gordon Memorial Health Services in 2013. She is from Kathmandu, Nepal. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies and Financial Management from Tribhuvan University, in Nepal, and an Associate of Arts in Nursing from Oglala Lakota College in South Dakota. 
In her free time, Pranu enjoys cooking and traveling.
Pranu comes from a small family which include Pranu, her younger brother, and their parents. Her Dad works as a Senior Plant quarantine officer for the Nepal Government. Her Mom is a retired school teacher. Her Mom and Dad have visited Gordon 3 times since she moved here and they enjoy the Sandhills. Pranu's husband, Sumeru, is the Lab Manager at Gordon Memorial Hospital. They have a 5 year old boy, Shaun. He speaks two different languages and loves to ask the meaning for each word. 

 Kathy Wright, Housekeeping Manager

Kathy joined Gordon Memorial Health Services in May 1998. She hails from Chadron, Nebraska, and received her Associates Degree from Chadron State.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, painting, redecorating and sewing.
She has been married to her husband Jack for 37 years. Together they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

 Mike Wellnitz, Director of Safety & Maintenance
Mike joined Gordon Memorial Health Services in December 2012. He calls Rushville, Nebraska his hometown. He has received his Paramedics License from Western Nebraska Community College.
When he is not busy working, he is following his kids around to high school, middle school and grade school events. Eventually he would like to take up hunting and fishing again, and doing various wood working projects. 
Mike is married to Vicki, and has 4 children and a dog and cat.

 Michaela Linders, Dietary Director
Michaela became a member of Gordon Memorial Health Services in February 2017. She calles Rushville, Nebraska home. She has received a Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition and Wellness from Chadron State College. 
Her and her Fiance' enjoy the outdoors and love fishing, hunting, hiking, camping with family, or just hanging out int he back yard with their lab, Beau. 
Michaela has a lot of family in the area, and was a reason she chose to come back to live and work here. She is surrounded by her finance Nik, four siblings-Mariah, Paige, Rylan and Brynlee, her brother and sister-in-law Matt and Lisa and her parents, grandparents and several aunts & uncles. 

 Darla Sharp, Executive Assistant
Darla joined Gordon Memorial Health Services in August 2001. She was born in Gordon, and moved to Hay Springs when she was 5 and graduated from Hay Springs. 
In her free time she enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with our kids and grandchildren. 
Darla has been married to Scot for 36 years and they have 2 children, Ryan and Becca. They have blessed them with 5 beautiful grandchildren who they adore.
